ConFuzzled is only possible because of the dedicated team of people working behind the scenes to bring the convention together and make the magic happen. We are always expanding, and as such we are looking for volunteers to fill our vacant staff and crew positions.
Working for the convention is fun, enjoyable and rewarding work and doesn’t need to be time intensive – even if you can only offer a few hours a week or can only offer us assistance at the convention itself, we may have a spot for you.

ConFuzzled Head of Events is responsible for the coordination of the Events department before and during the convention.

The Deputy Head (Dealers’ Den) role is responsible for supporting the Head of Marketplace Operations with planning and managing the day-to-day operations of the main Dealers’ Den. They translate department policy into a safe, accessible and well-organised den operation, supporting ConFuzzled dealers, attendees and volunteers throughout the convention cycle.
The Deputy leads their Coordinator (Dealers’ Den) and assigned crew, manages operational planning and handles escalated dealer concerns. They make routine decisions within approved policy and SOPs, while deferring department-wide, financial, disciplinary and significant reputational decisions to the Head of Department.

The Coordinator (Dealers’ Den) delivers routine administration and operations under the direction of the Deputy Head (Dealers’ Den). They maintain accurate dealer information, support preparation and check-in, and coordinate assigned crew during delegated shifts.
The Coordinator may make routine decisions within agreed SOPs and provide short-term operational cover for breaks. They do not carry the full authority of a Deputy and must escalate where scenarios depart from standard policy.

ConFuzzled Dealers’ Den Crew is responsible for the operation of the Dealers’ Den duties during the convention. This team organises the marketplace for independent furry traders, available to ConFuzzled attendees during the convention.
